Offering a purposeful & sustainable yoga practice for your health and well-being. 

  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes early & bring your own mat. 

  • A hepa/charcoal air filter runs during class. 

  • Please do not attend class when feeling unwell. 

  • Physical assists are kept to a minimum. If you prefer not to receive hands-on assists, please inform Amy before class.

If you are a beginner or entirely new to yoga, consider signing up for a private session with Amy to prepare for these classes.
