Meditation is a way to be more mentally stable and clear; to still the mind and open the heart. Meditation pre-dates all of the world religions and has lasted through the centuries because it is a direct, potent, and effective way to recover our true nature and inner intelligence, restore nervous system balance, and well-being. Meditation taps us into our essential, natural state of being and encourages self-awareness and our more spacious attributes such as peace, joy, clarity and wisdom to emerge, along with tolerance and compassion.

With Amy’s embodied meditation guidance:
Build a foundation for a life-long practice! Amy offers basic instruction in Mindfulness Meditation including both physical and mental preparation through Yoga postures to improve alignment and comfort in sitting poses by developing flexibility in the legs, hips, and spine; strengthening the lower back; opening the chest; breathing awareness & relaxation techniques increasing concentration & self-awareness.
Taught in two stages: the “getting there” (preparatory techniques) and the “being there” (spacious calm); both are interrelated parts of an embodied meditation.

Through Meditation You Can:

  • Be more mentally stable and clear, and open the heart.

  • Uplift your level of consciousness and energy to remember & reconnect to your spacious and true nature.

  • Become more of an observer & to open to new habits, attitudes and thought patterns.

  • Restore balance and return to your own center.

Cost: $90 / 1 session or $250 / 3 sessions used in a 6-week period. Sessions are 60-75 minutes.
